TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY NOTICE
By authorizing service, the customer authorizes Odin’s Forge Automotive to perform the services and repairs listed and agrees to pay all applicable charges for labor, parts, materials, diagnostic services, taxes, and other authorized services.
Additional Repairs
During diagnosis or repair, additional mechanical issues or necessary repairs may be discovered that were not apparent during the initial inspection. No additional repairs or charges beyond those authorized will be performed without customer approval.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Odin’s Forge Automotive is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn, defective, damaged, altered, or previously repaired components, hidden defects, or mechanical failures unrelated to the services performed. The customer understands that working on one vehicle component may reveal other existing issues due to the age, condition, corrosion, wear, or prior repairs of the vehicle.
Mobile Service Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing a reasonably safe and suitable location for mobile service, including adequate access to the vehicle. Odin’s Forge Automotive reserves the right to decline or discontinue service when working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. Odin’s Forge Automotive is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to weather, unsafe conditions, inaccessible vehicles, unavailable parts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customer-Supplied Parts
Odin’s Forge Automotive is not responsible for the quality, fitment, performance, failure, or warranty of customer-supplied parts. Labor associated with installing customer-supplied parts may not be covered by any warranty unless specifically stated in writing.
Vehicle Condition & Road Testing
Odin’s Forge Automotive may operate or road test the vehicle only as reasonably necessary to diagnose, verify, or complete authorized repairs. The customer acknowledges that the vehicle may have existing mechanical or safety concerns unrelated to the services performed.
Warranty
Any warranty provided by Odin’s Forge Automotive applies only as specifically stated in writing. No warranty is provided for pre-existing conditions, unrelated failures, customer-supplied parts, misuse, neglect, or subsequent damage caused by another repair or event.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The customer remains responsible for all authorized charges.
Acknowledgment
By approving the work, making payment, or signing an invoice, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
